No. Mediation is designed to be accessible whether or not you have legal representation.

Yes. You're welcome to have your attorney present, or to consult with one before or after session. Mediation works well with or without legal representation in the room.

Yes, both parties need to agree to mediate as mediation is a voluntary process focused on mutual agreement. 

Bring any relevant documents and a clear sense of your goals and the issues you'd like to resolve. We'll also walk you through what to expect during the initial consultation.

Yes, the process is private and designed to protect all parties involved.

Agreements are legally binding as soon as all signatures are obtained in the session. 

That's okay. Mediation is voluntary and there is no obligation to settle. Many parties resolve some issues to move forward if even if not all issues are resolved and you are always free to pursue litigation or another process afterward. 

Yes, both parties pay in separate transactions. Payment must be received five days before scheduled appointment.
