Yes, the process is private and designed to protect all parties involved.


Agreements can be formalized and made legally binding, if desired.


Yes, both parties need to agree to mediate as mediation is a voluntary process focused on mutual agreement. 


Yes, both parties pay in separate transactions. Payment must be received in full five-days before scheduled appointment.
